All prices and commercial terms are communicated individually. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, payment terms are 100% advance payment prior to the start of production. Deviations from this rule require written confirmation from both parties.
6. Delivery Terms
Delivery times, methods, and associated costs will be discussed and confirmed individually as part of each specific agreement.
7. Liability
